For the purposes of this document WE is understood to be the Barely Clubhouse social network website. YOU are understood to be expressing an interest to becoming a member of the BarelyClubhouse website.

1.1 You agree that you provided accurate information in your Expression of Interest in the requested form or format and that We reserve the right to decline to offer or withdraw any offer of membership without stating reasons, should that action be judged necessary by the Administrators.

1.2 You agree that in the circumstances that no administrative member of the BarelyClubhouse has previously conversed with you, either in person or using a video meeting system, then we will invite you to a Meet and Welcome video call with an administrative member of the BarelyClubhouse on a predetermined day and time agreed with you and prior to any offer of membership being made.

1.3 You agree that in attending a Meet and Welcome video call  both your video camera and sound will be active during the call.

1.4 You agree that if you not attend a Meet and Welcome video call that we have arranged with you then we may consider your Expression of Interest as void and that no offer of membership will be extended.

1.5.You agree that we reserve the right to cancel your membership if you remove and fail to replace the information and photograph in your member profile which you have previously provided or if you substantially change that information or replace your profile photograph with one which makes you less recognisable.

1. General - Usage

1.6 You agree that as a member of the BarelyClubhouse you will not post any images or material via the Barely Clubhouse platform which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, inappropriate, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, unsolicited, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law in England and Wales.  You agree not to post or display images of minors.

1.7 You agree not to send or distribute intimate images, photographs or videos of persons known to you via the Barely Clubhouse platform unless you have received the explicit consent in writing from those persons.

1.8 You agree not to post any copyrighted material on the Barely Clubhouse platform unless the copyright is owned by you or you have specific consent in writing from the owner of the copyrighted material.

1.9 You agree that any information or material you post in the Clubhouse Pages or Clubhouse Chat Spaces that we consider to fall within the definitions stated in 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 may be removed by the Administrators without notice being given and that we may suspend your membership account for a given period or terminated it without notice.

2.1 You agree to express an interest in joining the BarelyClubhouse as an individual or a couple and not as a Naturist Club, Commercial Naturist Organisation, naturist project or similar and that as a member you will not use the BarelyClubhouse to promote, inform about or advertise any goods or services that you supply or may be involved in supplying nor canvas for customers or members for your club, organisation or naturist related project nor advertise or cross-post any event information, except with the express permission in writing of the the BarelyClubhouse Administration Team and that any attempt to undertake any of the above actions, in the opinion of the Administrators, will result in the removal of your membership without further notice.

2.2 The BarelyClubhouse Administrators reserve the right to revoke any express permission previously given should the content of any advertisment or promotion be no longer appropriate, in their view, to the membership of the BarelyClubhouse.

3.1 You agree that you remain solely responsible for the content of any form of communication that you create on this website and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this website and any related websites.

3.2 You agree that in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you, the BarelyClubhouse reserves the right to pass on to statutory bodies, any personal information that you have given to us.

3.4 You agree that it is your responsibility to present honest and accurate information within your profile.

4.1 You agree that your current IP address is recorded at the time of application and registration.

4.2 You agree that you will not attempt to cloak or disguise your genuine IP address through the use of proxy servers and/or similar methods and that you will continue to provide a valid email address for the duration of your membership of the BarelyClubhouse.

4.3 You agree that in the event of a violation of this section of these Terms and Conditions by you We reserve the right to terminate your membership without notice and without explicitly stating reasons.

5.1 You agree that the website software can place a cookie in your browser's cache.

5.2 We agree that this is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out and to facilitate navigation of the website. The BarelyClubhouse agrees not to collect or knowingly send any other form of information from or to your computer.

6.1 You agree that this is a free to use site and that there is no obligation or contract existing between either parties and that We do not provide any guarantee of any service level or availability.

7.1 If any of these Membership Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of law then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
